Children attending public family events remain the responsibility of their parent, legal guardian, or accompanying responsible adult unless Little Nestlings expressly states that supervised child care is being provided.
Community Saturdays and similar public family events are not a substitute for preschool enrollment or licensed drop-off child care.

Parents, legal guardians, and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a Little Nestlings program, event, activity, or resource is appropriate for their child.
When a parent or caregiver remains present at an event, that adult remains responsible for supervising the child unless Little Nestlings expressly communicates otherwise.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning matters that may affect a child’s participation, health, safety, or well-being through the appropriate registration or administrative process.
9. Health and Safety
Little Nestlings takes the health and safety of children seriously.
Website information concerning health, safety, child development, bathroom readiness, behavior, nutrition, learning, social-emotional development, or other child-related topics is general information only.
